I'm Yin - I'm just a girl that decided one day it was up to me to live my best life.
Growing up, I felt like a side character in my own story — anxious, invisible, constantly performing for love. I thought if I hid my pain and stayed "good," I'd finally belong. But the more I performed, the more I lost myself — my body, my softness, my joy.
I became a hyper masculine girl. You know, the one who bypasses her body and her true desires to get external validation from the people around her? The one who lived off the praise and felt empty behind closed doors? The one who lost touch with her femininity because she felt like it was weak (but she craved it so much?)
But life throws you boss battles to help you realize your true path. Chronic inflammation. Endometriosis. Anxiety every waking moment. Hiding in relationships rather than expanding. Overfunctioning.
Until you realize... somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling.
Enter Sw0rdgirl. The archetype of the one who turns pain into power. Not by avoiding - but by the full embrace and acceptance of all (yes, all) our parts. And that is the emotional superpower that lie in all of us.

I ran an intentional cooperative where we taught food forestry, communal living, and home gardening for 8 years.
My family is from Malaysia and I've lived in the US my whole life.
I used to be a bike mechanic. It was my part time job in college.
I dropped out of school because I wasn't intellectually stimulated. I started reading business books in my school's library instead.
